In The Rapture Re-Examined, the author draws the same conclusions by asking a totally different set of questions to arrive at the same destination.

Prayer is Simple
Basic instruction on how to pray - a step-by-step walk through ""The Lord's Prayer."" Religion has a terrible habit of complicating the simple. When the Disciples ask Jesus to teach them how to pray He did not give them a theological discourse. He did not preach a sermon - or a series of sermons. There were no detailed instructions. He simply said, ""After this manner pray ye,"" and then, He prayed a very brief and simple prayer to the Heavenly Father. In less than 5 minutes Jesus had taught His disciples everything they needed to know in order to begin conversing with their Heavenly Father. Yes, Friends and Neighbors, prayer really is SIMPLE! Do you struggle in your prayer life? Do you desire to pray? To simply pray? To simply set or kneel and converse with your Heavenly Father? Jesus taught His disciples how to do so in just a few short minutes. Prayer is Simple! So simple, that, as this easy to read book illustrates, even a child can do it.

The majority of unchurched people will respond positively to an invitation to church. The fields are ripe unto harvest. So why are so few Christians bringing in the sheaves? Dare I say laziness? Apathy? Or should I just call it what it is? Hypocrisy? Hypercritical legalism?
As Pastor Dave Noffsinger so wisely put it:
1.People go to church because they have a need.
2.People come back to church because their need was met.
3.And people stay in the church because they feel needed.
Missionary Lottie Moon Confederate Spy
If you are a Southern Baptist you are accustomed to the annual Christmastime tradition of taking up the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for Foreign Missions. The Lottie Moon offering is specifically important to Southern Baptists because 55% percent of all of the money that is raised by the denomination every year comes from this one offering.
And while most Southern Baptists know that Lottie Moon was a missionary to China, few know, because their denominational leaders no longer wish to tell the story, that before becoming a missionary, Lottie was a spy for the Confederacy and the Moons were one of Virginia’s most prominent slave-owning families.
May you be inspired as you read the testimony of one of God’s most special and unique servants.
THEN AND NOW: Pastoring and Church Planting During and After COVID-19
While the Bible's truths and the Great Commission do not change, the methods we have used, many of them, may have to change. That makes this a good time to ask ourselves whether our current ministry structures are serving us well? Or do they need to be refocused? What are "ministry structures"? Great question. This book attempts to answer it.
This book is a combination of what the author and the church he pastors did and how they did it. Both during the initial stages of the lockdowns, and then after things had opened back up. Included are creative ideas of how to reached those who would not or could not come.
Finally, he predicts, based on 32-years of full-time pastoral ministry experience, what the "ministry" will look like 2 to 10 years from now.
THE LIFE OF A KENTUCKY COLONEL
The real Harland Sanders, commissioned as a Kentucky Colonel by Governor Ruby Lafoon in 1935, was born in Henryville, Indiana, in 1890 and died Dec. 16, 1980, at the age of 90. He lived a very unusual and extraordinary life, serving in the military, living for a time in Cuba, and working all kinds of assorted jobs ranging from street car conductor, lawyer, railroad laborer, ferry boat operator, gas station attendant, and even delivering babies, before finally discovering his talent for cooking.
Many know the Colonel’s success in perfecting the restaurant franchising business model came late in his life, in his mid-60s. Few, however, know the story of Sanders’ conversion to the Christian faith, which came even later in his life. Although he had long attended church, recognized the Bible’s authority, and even tithed regularly, none of these things unburdened Colonel Sanders from his own guilty conscience.
10 THINGS ANYONE CAN DO TO SURVIVE THE COMING COLLAPSE
An economic collapse, or the replacing of our “Constitutional Republic” with a socialist “Utopia,” the “Great Tribulation” (you know, the one that the pre-trib rapture was supposed to save American Christians from), or anything else that would otherwise be the end of the “American way of life” as we’ve known it does not necessarily mean the end of America.
For example, did the establishment of the USSR mean that Russia ceased to exist? Or did the rise of Mao result in the end of China? In both cases, NO. But for hundreds of millions of Russians and Chinese the result was a new reality. What will happen in America?
This eBook is 10 things that will help you now. Things you can be doing now that may just help prevent that cataclysmic change from ever happening. And things you can be doing that will help you to survive the cataclysm should it occur.
A Christian Understanding of the Jewish Festivals
In the Old Testament, God gave His people days of feasting and celebration. He gave them as days of remembrance. Many of our modern-day Jewish holidays are those same days of remembrance that we read of in the Bible.
The Christian faith is deeply rooted in the Old Testament tradition. Jesus and His Apostles were practicing Jews who faithfully observed all of the days of feast and celebration that we now know as Jewish holidays. As they observed the holidays, Jesus and His Apostles were intimately familiar with their symbols, and with their significance (both historical and spiritual). The same cannot be said for many if not most of our Lord’s modern-day followers.
As you read you will not only discover the rich tradition in each of these Jewish holidays, you will realized that, as Christians, you may already be observing some of them without even realizing it.
Problem: A little group of self-proclaimed “leaders” is running the church behind the scenes.
Problem: A little group meets before and after the services to badmouth the preacher.
Problem: The church has a problem of an ingrained, entrenched officer who loves his/her position and refuses to give it up.
Having begun pastoral ministry in 1988, being full-time in the ministry for nearly 33 years, the author shares wisdom that has come from experience.
BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCHES: of 130 men who greatly influenced fundamentalism
Biographical Sketches of the life and ministry of the 130 men who I believe had the greatest influence on modern day "fundamentalism."
Every Member a Minister
80% of all first-time church visitors did NOT come by invitation of the pastor? 80% of all first-time church visitors come as the result of being invited by a non-salaried member of the church.
As a Pastor I have knocked EVERY door in the community 11 times and I have knocked every door As a full-time Baptist evangelist I discovered that a church with a soul-winning pastor will have regular professions of faith and baptisms. But a church with a soul-winning membership will have SEVERAL professions of faith and WEEKLY baptisms.
The Local Church is supposed to be the Body of Christ where every member exercises his gift for the glory of God and the propagation of the Gospel. Yet MOST churches are a one-man show. The key to a growing church is to create a church where EVERY member is a minister.
TEN BIBLE PROPHESIES THAT MUST BE FULFILLED
In Matthew 24:3, Jesus was asked by His disciples, “Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?”
Our Lord answered that question in Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21. He did not give us a time and a date. But Jesus did give us 10 prophesies that must be fulfilled before He would come again.
This will not be another book trying to predict the day or timing of the rapture. Scripture is clear that no man knows the actual time of Jesus’ return. God does not want for us to predict dates. But we are to watch!
REPENTANCE AND FAITH
At least since the 1980’s there has been a conflicting explanation and often misunderstanding of the doctrine of salvation among many who call themselves Evangelical and Fundamentalist Christians.
For example the movements for “Lordship Salvation” and “Simple Faith” (called by its critics “easy believism”) have both been attempts to redefine faith, repentance, or both.
There is a very big difference between simply believing all of the right things about Jesus, James 2:19 tells us that even the demons believe, and in actually trusting in Him for salvation!
So exactly what does the Bible tell us of repentance and faith?
PRESIDENTIAL PORTRAITS: Biographical Sketches of the First Nine Presidents of the United States. And the Conspiracy to Declare George Washington the First.
NINE men served as President of the United States BEFORE George Washington. All NINE having been duly and lawfully elected. George Washington was actually the 10th President of the United States. If I can prove that, then, and only then, you might actually consider the possibility of, and, begin to research the real subject of this book. The TRUTH, if you will, that was the reason why the LIE was told to you in the first place.
Is the United States of America that we live in today the SAME nation given to us by our Founding Fathers? Or was our nation, in all actuality and reality, stolen from our great-great-great-great-great-great-etc. grandparents? Did they even realize that it happened?
GENERAL GEORGE PATTON : In His Own Words
General Patton was headline-seeking, arrogant, and profane. Yet, even amidst his profanity, he made the time to read his Bible every day. And you simply cannot find a page in his diary in which he does not give thanks to God, or ask for God’s help by writing a prayer.
He was a paradox. He had his flaws. Without his leadership, the war in Europe may have never been won.
The lost lesson in our politically correct time is that our historical figures need not be perfect for us to admire them. And we can and should still learn, even from the most imperfect of examples.
Rather than attempt to analyze the General’s character, or worse, give you a caricature, after a brief biography, the author will give you General George Patton, in his own words.
